What We Collect

Recall collects only what's necessary to provide the service:

• Email address - For account authentication
• Memories you create - The context you want AI to remember
• Usage data - Which platforms you use (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

How We Protect Your Data

• End-to-end encryption - Your memories are encrypted on your device before being stored
• Row-level security - You can only access your own data
• Secure infrastructure - Hosted on Supabase (SOC2 compliant)
• HTTPS only - All data encrypted in transit

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't read your memories
• We don't share data with third parties for advertising
• We don't train AI models on your data

Your Rights

• Access - View all your stored data anytime
• Export - Download your memories in JSON format
• Delete - Permanently delete your account and all data
• Portability - Take your data with you if you leave

Data Retention

We retain your data only while your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
